Expand character limit in alert field
currently the alert field has a very limited number of characters. This is a nice area to find important notes because it automatically pops up on screen when you call up the client profile.

Have an alert to let you know if a client has signed a contract.
It would be nice to know that a new client has signed terms & Conditions so you don’t have to remember to check.

"miss you" email set default to off not on
currently its set to on, I find this very confusing. i'd like default to off for every customer as there are some I may not want back.

Syncing appointments made with Google calendar
I would like to be able to book my clients all in one place. So when I Book an appointment through Petstar it syncs with my Google calendar.

Report listing all clients
I would like a report listing all clients so i can print it off and use it as a checklist for handing out my new service agreement - that way I can tick off the clients when I have given them a copy.

Allow to book second dog in same box with same owner
Noticed you can't book two dogs with the same owner, you have to come out to do the next dog for the owner

Split a dog between groomers (for those that use bathers)
I am about to start employing a bather and would like to be able to schedule the dog in at a certain time with them and then a certain time with me so that we can visualise the day individually, but I don't want to do it in 2 seperate bookings as this will then confuse customers on what time their booking is actually for

Prevent double booking
Have a button that you can click if you dont want to double book yourself

In the settings for customer online appointment request, the option to select a resource ie the preferred groomer.
Enable customers to select what groomer they want to groom their dog on the online customer Appointment request system.
It would also be beneficial if there was a decline the appointment and notify the customer,

Allow Clients to sign contracts at appointment.
It seems you have to email or text clients a link to electronically sign documents. It would be easier, especially for elder clients, to allow them to sign their contract in person on my tablet.

Option to turn off thank you emails
I would like to send conformation emails but i don't want them receiving thank you messages as well after every groom! Especially people that have already re booked, they don't need a thank you email to tell them to re book. I would rather not have to stop marking grooms as complete so i can turn on confirmations.

Alert for new features
Maybe send out an email or have an alert when you sign in. I don't know how long the contract feature has been there for. I've only just noticed it!

Colour code different services
So at a glance you can see what types of services you have planned that day or week ie inc teeth cleaning or bath only or handstrip etc

Graphs
Showing graphs of your appointments month by month so you can see the increase or decline to enable you to work out when you need to increase revenue or your harder months to allow you to prepare for them. And to have a an over view the longer you use shake your tail. For example an over view of the year to see dips and rises of customers.

Be able to select the service type when booking an appointment and have time allocations for each service
Currently every service you book is under a default time, but if you're just booking in a nail clip this takes 15 minutes, a wash is between 30mins to an hour, grooms are 1.5-2.5 hours. It's really annoying having to adjust each one manually when booking appointments and would be great if they were all automated. It would be even better if each breed had the option to set a time scale as dogs like border terriers take the maximum of an hour but cockapoos and large dogs take around 2

A text sent for no-shows
All of our clients do not share or do not use their email so it would be nice to be able to send a text for no-show clients and also for rebooking clients we haven't seen in 4-6 weeks.
