Can we have a Cocker Poo as a breed and Labradoodle ?
Can seem to select Labradoodle or Cockerpoo from drop down menu for breed of dogs

For those groomers in the United States, it would be helpful to have a 12 hour clock. The 24 hour clock can be confusing to those unfamilia
For clients and groomers in the United States, having a 12 hour clock for appointments would be helpful. The email reminders might be confusing in the 24 hour clock formar.

list of single clients appointments that are made in advance
Are you able to print out a list for a particular client that shows all of their appointments for a specified date range? e.g. if you make appointments for a client 12 months in advance can you just print out a report for them and yourself showing those appointment details? ( apologies if this is already available)

Client Loyalty recording
Is it possible to have some way of recording client loyalty, e.g. say you want to give your client their 10th groom half price etc. so that it would be visible when you make their appointments?

Be able to put how long each service or item will take to so that we don't have to do this on every booking made.
So under a service you have:

Allow us to type in our own breeds....
Allow us to type in dog breed box. If it came up with suggestions as you start typing that would could then choose if we wish - this would eliminate us having to scroll through that very long list of breeds.

Add letters of the alphabet on the right of the breeds so you can easily select the breed you want
This way you are not endlessly scrolling down to find your breed. Just press on the letter to take you to the right heading

Lian, you can already do this under the menu option “Pet Breeds” then press “+ New Pet Breed”. Once added you can then assign to a Client\Pet

Reoccurring appointments.
Is there any way you can enter reoccurring appointments, I have daily, weekly and fortnightly and I'll take A while to enter them separatley.

Provide ability to import information
it would be good if you could import client excel or CSV files into Petstar. I currently have over 500 clients and there is no way i am going to sit and manually enter all their information. It would also be great if the clients could sync the information with google contacts?

Pet Sitting
I have 38 sitters, so therefore, 38 schedules. We don't schedule certain times because traffic to the home could slow them down, dog is sick and needs more time, etc. We have certain time periods. Create the ability to delete things.
Without the ability to delete scheduled items and services, etc. this software is useless. No offense but I won't be using it anymore until this happens.
3 votesYou can delete an appointment at any point, until you change the appointment to “Completed” it then becomes locked.
You can delete items & services, by clicking on the menu “Item & Services” click on the item you want to delete and press “Delete”

Provide for more than one user per account
My mom and I run our business together and would like to have separate user accounts. There should be a way to have more than one sitter. Thanks.
