  1. A way to enter the pets birthday so that when the actual birthday day arrives, an email is sent automatically to the customer with a message

    Add a grid to input pet's birthday. When day arrives, an email is sent automatically to customer with a standard message "happy birthday to......"

  2. Add the abilty to insert photos/graphics into a campaign

    this would make the campaign more attractive, and encourage customers to read the emails.

  3. Allow to book second dog in same box with same owner

    Noticed you can't book two dogs with the same owner, you have to come out to do the next dog for the owner

  4. appointments and schedule at multi locations- with a Master overview

    I would like to see a program where I can see 2 or more shops. I would be able to take calls and book/ schedule at different locations. This would help me expand my business

  5. Be able to add a "New Client" when checking the time they would like, rather than having to ask everyone if they have been before.

    When someone calls, you always check the time they wold like if free. But if they are new, you have to create an account for them first, which means then leaving the schedule screen to enter a few details for the owner and dog, and going back to find the appointment time again.

    If we could add a sort of "temporary" booking details, and compete a new account when the owner comes in, this could save a lot of swapping screens and questions for the client.

    It would also avoid the risk of offending people if you don't remember them,…

  6. Show what service the client is getting on the schedule page without clicking on the appointment

    So you dont have to click on each apointment to see what service they are getting, lets you have a quick look at what your day will be like and faster scheduling if double booking appointments.

  7. Be able to book an appointment when on the client details

    So the customer rings up (or is in front of you) you bring their details up and instead of the + sign at the top creating a new client why can it not make a new appointment. as you still have to go to the schedule and do it that way. it is very long winded.

  8. booking a new appointment directly from the current appointment before they leave

    We are using Petstar have added our database of clients, booked them into the relevant day, clicked completed at the end of their visit following payment but would then like to click their booking to reschedule their next visit using those details on the screen rather than having to select via Client Search. Why do a search when their details are already shown on their current booking.
    Even with advanced appointment it does not automatically select the customers details. so this process then becomes complicated and timely.

  9. New client email

    It would be great if the was a welcome email that would automatically go out to new clients, with a new client form in it. That way, you could simply get their email instead of getting all that info over the phone. And since it would be coming from petstar, maybe it could automatically be entered into the client's file. Not sure maybe this is too ambitious, but it does hurt to ask. :)

  11. Have online booking delete times/dates that are no longer available.

    Have each service have a maximum capacity (eg boarding 5 runs, grooming 1 appt at a time per user) and when the capacity is reached, that date/ time is no longer available for an online booking customer to request. That way they can move on to the first available spot before sending the request.

    Have a direct link from daily schedule to pet cut notes so that they can be easily viewed QUICKLY and updated without having to go through the client lookup. The hover over the pet name in the schedule doesn't seem to work.

  16. have a "time required" function for each dog.When booking the dog the end time automatically adjusts.

    This would save time when booking regular dogs in. Allowing for an override function should it just be required.

    I would like there to be a widget where clients can register all their information, schedule appointments, cancel appointments, etc... At the same time keeping the privacy of all my clients info away from the public.

  18. DELETE ADVANCED BOOKINGS AT ONCE INSTEAD OF INDIVIDUALLY

    The ability to delete advanced appointments if schedule changes, instead of going through 6 monthly occurrences and deleting one by one. For example, tomorrows appointment needs to cancel and make it for the following Monday, but I've already done 6 occurrences on a 4 weekly schedule, so need to delete them all and re-advance book from next Mondays date. Currently I have to do them one by one for 6 occurrences and sometimes more then 1 pet per booking.

  19. Financial report by groomer

    Since some groomers are paid commission it would be a lot easier if you could get a financial report by groomer that totaled their total sales. Right now I have to add up all the transactions to get a total.

  20. A cancellation list.

    I have a note pad that gets flung around my salon with a cancellation list on. It would be handy if I had one connected to the software with a notes bit that we can note down when there future appointment is for.
