  3. Have a rebooking option on appointments

    on the appointment that is booked, a rebook button would be good, where we could rebook 2/4/6/8 weekly etc or can put in our own date for rebooking

  4. Multiple pets per ticket

    Many of my clients have multiple pets, which they tend to bring in together. It would be nice if the I could book all of the client's pets under one ticket, when they come in together.

  9. Reoccurring appointments.

    Is there any way you can enter reoccurring appointments, I have daily, weekly and fortnightly and I'll take A while to enter them separatley.

    how about being able to schedule multiple groomers? most shops have more than one groomer.

  11. online booking

    Without online booking there is no way I would switch my current service. I really like your set up better but the features Storevantage offers are much better. Including being able to see daily/mthy revenue, online booking. And I"m a little turned off by the buying text packages. My current provider charges a mthly fee for all of its services combined. I'd much rather pay a flat mthy fee

  12. Provide for more than one user per account

    My mom and I run our business together and would like to have separate user accounts. There should be a way to have more than one sitter. Thanks.

  15. There are a few changes and/or improvements that we would like to see

    One is the ability to group pets that have the same owner together in the same appointment slot.
    Second would be the ability to view a client list that includes the owners name, pets name, contact info for our entire database.
    Third would be for an option on how to view the schedule. We schedule all drop offs to be between 9-11 am, that means when we view the schedule we can not see the complete name of most of the dogs.
    The fourth and last change we would like to see for now is for the schedule to show…

    The fourth and last change we would like to see for now is for the schedule to show the owners last name AND the pets name. Right now if we have 5 coco’s it’s not easy to see which is which.

  17. A printable client page to file.

    I would love the opportunity to be able to print out my client and dogs full details on one page so i can file it. Im not sure if you can already do this i have had a look...........

  18. facilitate fully deleting breeds as well as adding them - far too many breeds listed

    System would be far more efficient if breed list was smaller and suited to individual salon/groomer. To delete breeds that are rarely ever going to visit a groomer in the UK can be done, but still leaves the entry line blank and at the top of the list. I have got round this by making the breed "Z", but not ideal. Maybe a full breed list could be placed as a resource, with the ability to add to personal breed list should it be required.
