  1. connect schedule to client search

    make it accessible to search for a client and then pick the pet and book an appointment from there. Instead of changing tabs to the schedule one and then searching the pet again.

  4. Have an option to put in the dogs rough age rather than the Date Of Birth (not many people know this)

    Some pets are rescued or just at an age where the owner doesn't know the pets exact age

  5. Add the ability to send SMS miss you reminders as well as email as if clients do not have email the miss out on the reminders

    We have quite a large number of elderly clients and although they do have mobile phones they have get to get computers and email, this means that they don't get the miss you emails. If a SMS could be sent as well it would be worth it for the small cost of a text.

  6. Vaccination/Medical flags

    I would love to see an area to input/select vaccination information, and maybe a way to flag it if the vaccination is expired, or maybe just a way to highlight. Tired eyes can skip over information like that just typed in notes. Some way to flag or make a notice of pets with medical issues, such as seizures, would be nice as well.

  7. Colour code different services

    So at a glance you can see what types of services you have planned that day or week ie inc teeth cleaning or bath only or handstrip etc

  8. Online Booking ‘only show dates/times available’

    Online bookings to show only dates/times available for each day.

    Currently when clients book online the customer can select any date regardless if bookings have already been taken or an event created.
    This creates more work having to contact the customer rather than just accepting the booking as it’s available

    Allow documents to be attached to a client's file. For instance, if a client provides a pet's vaccination information electronically, the ability to attach the document to a client or a specific client's pet would be helpful.

  10. Allow to add animals other than cat or dog.

    I am pet sitting some rats but had to add them in as cats as I could only pick cat or dog from the type of animals drop down box when adding a new breed.

  11. One email only with all dogs listed when made under advanced appt option.

    With 2 or more dogs in same family why send individual emails? One email with all dogs names listed would be best

  12. add till and banking to program printable and able to be emailed to accountant

    be able to cash off each client the method they paid then print and email banking for end of day/week/month

  13. For more than one dog per family checking them out by owner so you can have a total price for owner and not checking out 3 different dogs

    I have 3 dogs one family I have to add up on paper her total and check out 3 different dogs. is it possible to have it be totaled and checked out when completed all three get completed rather than individually doing all of them

  16. Allow Clients to sign contracts at appointment.

    It seems you have to email or text clients a link to electronically sign documents. It would be easier, especially for elder clients, to allow them to sign their contract in person on my tablet.

  17. Make a way of paying off the charge ie as BACS, cash or cheq so easier to cash up with financial report

    It would be much easier to cash up and work out how much to bank of each type if you could pay off as BACS, cheq or cash. Thanks

  18. Client can confirm appointment when they receive reminder

    A button in the email reminders or "Reply Yes to confirm appt" in SMS reminders that allow the client to physically confirm, and have the schedule show them as confirmed if they do, from both the shedule view and in each appointment. We feel this would drastically decrease no-shows, and provide more time to fill appointments that forgot to cancel in good time.

    Possible suggestions on how to show this: perhaps a thin green bar across the top of the appointment (schedule view) or a green checkmark, or even the word "confirmed" or conf'd beside the time range. Conversely a…

  20. make the "we miss you" sms and email service specific and only if the client has not been in since the origional appointment

    I offer grooming as well as many other services. I want to send a "we miss you email" to my clients six weeks after their grooming appointment. I only want to send it to grooming clients and I only want to send it if they have not been in since that appointment. I think this should be possible
