  2. Appointment report

    The ability to pull up a report of dogs that havent been scheduled in a particular length of time. Ie. a report showing all the dogs that havent been in for 8 weeks. So clients do not get overlooked for reminders.

  3. Ad features that allow us to book jobs for Doggy daycare, and boarding.

    This could be an optional calendar that is viewed as an overlay, or a completely different calendar. It would be amazing if your system allowed us to dictate our total capacity, such as....

    I can hold 35 dogs for Doggy daycare, and 25 dogs for overnight boarding. then it would constantly let us know what our expected occupancy is as the spots get booked up, and we could then determine times of the year when we can increase our prices accordingly, kind of like the hotel industry does now.

  7. Emergency Contact details & Vet contact details

    I have recently opened a pet sitting business and you need to have a reference to emergency contact details while the client is away incase of any unforseen home or pet emergencies and the client cannot be contacted. Same in the case of the vet contact details - what if something serious happens to the pets while the client is away and they need immediate veterinary attention.

  8. list of single clients appointments that are made in advance

    Are you able to print out a list for a particular client that shows all of their appointments for a specified date range? e.g. if you make appointments for a client 12 months in advance can you just print out a report for them and yourself showing those appointment details? ( apologies if this is already available)

  10. i would like to see some kind of feature to allow me to add the monthly sales or yearly sales

  11. Add the Dog Cut notes the the calendar view

    Add the Dog Cut notes to the calendar view so that you can print the ticket for each job and give it to the groomers, and they have the instructions for that job order.

    We don't have the budget to give every groomer a computer of their own, and half of them don't even know how to use the computers. I would like to be able to pull up the calender in the morning and click one button to print all of the work orders for that day so that they can be handed out to the groomers. But the…

    When opening an existing appointment, hover over pet name and a green box will appear showing cut notes.

    Printable Reports are located in the Reporting Section

  12. Allow a dropdown choice of the amount of time before a reminder text/email is sent.

    We require two days, or 48 hours, notice to cancel or amend an appointment. Our customers have signed up to this when they registered. Giving them a reminder two days in advance allows them to keep to our terms and conditions.

  13. Have the option to mark a dog as deceased instead of completely deleting from system

    Instead of deleting off a dog, can we have the option to mark as passed away or deceased. I like to keep a record of all dogs ever groomed so would prefer not to have to delete the dog once passed.

    Able to choose the way you want appointments to appear on schedule for us mobile groomers we really need to view at a glance what area on what days without going into client card that would be really helpful.

  15. Add behavioral and/or medical note "sticker" with the pets' names.

    Some sort of "sticker" like a star, happy/sad face or something of the like that will show with the pets' names to tell us if that is one of our exceptionally well behaved clients versus one that may be nippy or loud, etc. Maybe even a special indicator for known medical issues as well? That way, we know what to expect the second we input the name while scheduling an appointment.

  18. A rebooking option with a reminder to book the dog in

    So the dog has just been groomed and the owner wants to book the dog in, in say 8 weeks time but wants you to remind them nearer the time to book the appointment. so a option to put this in the system so say in 6-7 weeks a reminder box pops up to tell you the dog is due for a groom............

    Very Similar to functions we already have, the Premier Feature has a miss you reminder which will automatically remind the client to visit every xx days since last appointment

  19. Client Loyalty recording

    Is it possible to have some way of recording client loyalty, e.g. say you want to give your client their 10th groom half price etc. so that it would be visible when you make their appointments?
