  2. Is there a way to customize the schedule view?

    Is there any way to change the display of the schedule? ie., font size, font style, background color, color code services, etc.?

  3. option to record if the customer has paid by card or cash so it shows up on the reports

    for the accountant i need records of who paid card and who paid cash so it would be really helpful if you can record it in services so it shows up on the report when printed out.

  4. Plot on a map

    incorporate google maps or similar, so mobile dog groomers can plot on map the locations of clients to group together clients who live in same neighbourhoods.

  5. Be able to upload a signed contact to file and alert us when contract not signed

    We have paper contracts but it is hard to rember which customers have signed and which have not. To cover our backs it would be good to just take a pic and attach to there file and as a bonus have a contact signed button.

  6. Client Details - continuity

    When searching for a client or even creating a new one, there are various tabs.....one tab is appointments.
    Why cant the system allow for an appointment to be made at this point instead of the long winded way it is set up now.
    Instead, the client is created then we have to then select schedule to then make an appointment, select who for when we have just been in their file whilst creating it. Much quicker create a client profile AND book their first appointment at the same time.

  7. It would be great if in the behaviour section of the pets we could add fussy?

    In the behaviour section (which is a great idea) I see there are only a few choices, I would like to see an extra one, maybe the word 'fussy'
    for dogs that aren't good, aren't bad, aren't aggressive, but just are a bit of a pain/fussy, ie won't stay still, sits down all the time, fussy when trying to do feet etc - or a word that could cover that

  8. A text sent for no-shows

    All of our clients do not share or do not use their email so it would be nice to be able to send a text for no-show clients and also for rebooking clients we haven't seen in 4-6 weeks.

  9. In the settings for customer online appointment request, the option to select a resource ie the preferred groomer.

    Enable customers to select what groomer they want to groom their dog on the online customer Appointment request system.

    It would also be beneficial if there was a decline the appointment and notify the customer,

  11. Allow dual view of two locations, two subscriptions to one owner, as i have multiple sites and have to pay x3 times. Discount please

    Multiple user, discount price
    Multiple view to see which salon has bookings, busiest etc. and manage.
    All on one email instead of several as i have now.

  12. Syncing appointments made with Google calendar

    I would like to be able to book my clients all in one place. So when I Book an appointment through Petstar it syncs with my Google calendar.

  13. Pet Has Checked In Tab/ Also a Phone or Tablet Application?

    This way it doesn't just show the appointment that was made along with no show and completed. Also anything in the works or possibilities for a phone/ipad/tablet app?

  14. Vet name and address - be able to save popular ones in groomers area

    similar to the grooming service, so the name, address and phone number can be available on drop down box to enable completion quicker

  15. have an option on booking appointments or events to mark them all day

    Most calendars (google / outlook etc) have a facility to tick an all day box rather than selecting a time slot. If you are self-employed (as many groomers are) and use one calendar for work and private life combined this is essential. It's very useful for things like annual leave etc and also simple personal reminders like birthdays.

  16. allow phone number to also include their name, so you can call either of owners if they are married and know who your calling.

  17. Area to record pet height on pet details. Many breeds vary drastically in height. Charges need to reflect those over the normal breed standa

    To help with accurate work planning and charging apprpriately.

  18. Right Click to select results

    It would be great if we could right click on an appointment and be able to quickly select from a list if the appointment was
    -completed
    -or a no show
    -or we could automatically enable cancelling or deleting of an appointment.

  19. Report listing all clients

    I would like a report listing all clients so i can print it off and use it as a checklist for handing out my new service agreement - that way I can tick off the clients when I have given them a copy.

  20. allow a section where you can enter in expenses

    So a separate program or spreadsheet doesn't have to be used, can there be a section where you enter in your business expenses (fuel, stock, tools etc)
