  1. Please add a pull down for contact phone numbers.

    This would allow us to add in other family member's names, etc as opposed to just being stuck with "home, work & mobile" spaces. It would also allow us to add and see alternate contacts on the first page instead of having to go to the pet's info page to see "alternate contact". Thank you!

  2. Add a year calendar view..........

    In schedule it would be useful to have a 12 month calendar pop up/drop down, as you would see at the bottom of a traditional diary. This would allow for a quick and easy way of booking appointments in advance. When a client asks for an appointment in say 6 weeks or 8 or 10 etc. When running a traditional diary this method was used on most appointments made.

  3. Option to email receipts

    On services you have an option to print receipt. You should have option to email receipt too.

  4. Report listing all clients

    I would like a report listing all clients so i can print it off and use it as a checklist for handing out my new service agreement - that way I can tick off the clients when I have given them a copy.

  5. Tweak booking system.....

    A booking systems that allows blocking out time for staff holidays and to accommodate part time workers so clients can see available days and times well in advance

  6. Part payment ability

    I have boarding Clients who pay a deposit or half upfront and then the remainder after the stay

    Also a flag so you can keep track of what is owing

  7. Print daily schedule suitable for mobile groomer

    We do not always have mobile signal when out in the grooming van and therefore are still reliant on a paper daily schedule that includes name, address, number and dog details. Also somewhere for a completed signature. Is it not possible to create a printable report that includes these added details?

    My pricing goes by weight so I spot for weight under pet info would be nice.

  11. NOTES AND AMOUNT TO SCHEDULE

    WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO WRITE A NOTE FOR EACH GROOMER OR RESOURSE TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT EACH DAY OR TO BLOCK OFF THE APPOIUNTMENT TIMES THEY DONT WANT BOOKED OR THE AMOUNT OF DOGS EACH GROOMER WANTS

  13. To be able to just enable no show emails

    I would like to just turn on no show emails/texts, without people having to receive confirmation, reminders and thank yous. I feel that is too many emails. It would be good to be able to send them an automatic no show email without having to turn on all the others.

  14. Graphs

    Showing graphs of your appointments month by month so you can see the increase or decline to enable you to work out when you need to increase revenue or your harder months to allow you to prepare for them. And to have a an over view the longer you use shake your tail. For example an over view of the year to see dips and rises of customers.

  16. Split a dog between groomers (for those that use bathers)

    I am about to start employing a bather and would like to be able to schedule the dog in at a certain time with them and then a certain time with me so that we can visualise the day individually, but I don't want to do it in 2 seperate bookings as this will then confuse customers on what time their booking is actually for

  17. "miss you" email set default to off not on

    currently its set to on, I find this very confusing. i'd like default to off for every customer as there are some I may not want back.

  18. Expand character limit in alert field

    currently the alert field has a very limited number of characters. This is a nice area to find important notes because it automatically pops up on screen when you call up the client profile.

    I work past 5pm almost every day. Is there a way to have a longer day shown on the day scheduler?

    Have an additional button next to delete, no show and cancelled to be able to show the client has confirmed their appt
