Date appointment booked
when you look in a dogs booked appointment list want it to show the date the appointment was booked and time and ideally a box to put your name in when you book it

Bring back the RESOURCE button.
My business highly depended on the resource button as I have three stylists within my work team. Yes each are colour themed, however it is extremely confusing when you already have 15 dogs scheduled for that day and each groomer's client is dotted about (rather than a specific section). This is enough to make me cancel by subscription and move to another.

Add letters of the alphabet on the right of the breeds so you can easily select the breed you want
This way you are not endlessly scrolling down to find your breed. Just press on the letter to take you to the right heading

Be able to put how long each service or item will take to so that we don't have to do this on every booking made.
So under a service you have:

Service Price:
Time Duration:

Numerous dogs
Can you add more than one pet in the scheduler section? I can add more than one service, but it only goes under one pet, when in reality the 2 or 3 services is for 2 or 3 dogs.
2 votesHi Michelle, You can add multiple pets when create an appointment, simple select the Advance Appointment from the menu.

offer post code finder
Where you type the post code and it lists all the addresses under the post code so you just click the right address, much quicker than taking full address and you know it is correct

Pet Sitting
I have 38 sitters, so therefore, 38 schedules. We don't schedule certain times because traffic to the home could slow them down, dog is sick and needs more time, etc. We have certain time periods. Lian, you can already do this under the menu option “Pet Breeds” then press “+ New Pet Breed”. Once added you can then assign to a Client\Pet

As a pet sitter I would like to enter half hour visits for more than one day at a time and have it show each visit on each day instead of 1
I would like it to show each visit on each day instead of one long visit. I would like to be able to do it easily.

add the number of visits to the loyalty section
this would allow the groomers to keep count and also allow us to use the pet schedule in a loyalty scheme. IE, after 5 visits dog gets a free bath or whatever

database pricing
just wondering if this database will always be free, or only while in testing stages. Its great but dont wont to add all my clients if in a few months it going to cost hundreds of pounds to keep?

a pattern of a dog so if any problems with the dog we can put a spot in the area ie if it has a bad hip or bad skin ect
A outline picture of the dog front and back were you can put a red dot in the area of trouble ie bad leg right or left ect

Hi - Love your software! The schedule package doesn't work for my shop though. I have several groomers to schedule (overlapping as well) and the look of the current scheduling is difficult to discern. Any way the scheduling could have more of the look of the Vanity Fur scheduling?
