Shampoo used
We print the dogs appointment history every single appointment.
This piece of paper follows the dog through the salon and up to 3 different staff members need to read this sheet.
It would be great to see what shampoo is used on each dog on the page as well as the dogs Date of birth please1 vote -
when hovering the curser over appointments on the schedule please allow postcodes to be displayed also
for those that are using the system for multiple mobile units, please display the postcode with the other customer details when the curser is hovered over an appointment on the calendar. this will negate the need to go to client details to see what area the groomer is in.

Change default schedule view
When going to schedule, give the option to change the default view instead of automatically going to today's day view

Add a box on the customer screen showing if they have agreed to their dogs picture being used on Social media or marketing
We record for each customer if they allow their dogs picture to be used for marketing or social media purposes. It would be very useful if we could have a box that goes green where they have agreed or goes red where they have not agreed. Also it would be great if a report could be run showing details of all dogs where approval has not been given

On the client page where we put the telephone numbers in, can we have a drop down box option, instead of home/ mobile/ work can the drop down box say - Mum dad brother sister nan grandad or friend as an option to call, it's hard to call the right people to collect if we don't know who the number belongs to

Add a year calendar view..........
In schedule it would be useful to have a 12 month calendar pop up/drop down, as you would see at the bottom of a traditional diary. This would allow for a quick and easy way of booking appointments in advance. When a client asks for an appointment in say 6 weeks or 8 or 10 etc. When running a traditional diary this method was used on most appointments made.

Show alert when booking, and add alert symbol to schedule view without having to hover each appointment
When booking an appointment, searching for a pet displays the alert symbol beside the name, but does not show the alert itself if the pet is selected. To see the alert we need to open the customer profile, which takes away the booking window, and adds time to the booking process.
Proposed solution: Have the alert pop up when the pet is selected in the search window while booking an appointment.
Related: In the schedule view, there is no indicator that a pet has an alert without hovering over the appointment. The information in alerts can dictate how you book…
