  2. i would like to see some kind of feature to allow me to add the monthly sales or yearly sales

    i would like to see a feature that would allow me to total my net sales for the month or even the year ,allowing me to see my total income for the time being

  3. Could there be a Kelpie and Corgi and the ability to add a eg; "dog breed: cross" in the pet list

  4. Icon for desktop?

  7. Allow a dropdown choice of the amount of time before a reminder text/email is sent.

    We require two days, or 48 hours, notice to cancel or amend an appointment. Our customers have signed up to this when they registered. Giving them a reminder two days in advance allows them to keep to our terms and conditions.

  9. There are a few changes and/or improvements that we would like to see

    One is the ability to group pets that have the same owner together in the same appointment slot.
    Second would be the ability to view a client list that includes the owners name, pets name, contact info for our entire database.
    Third would be for an option on how to view the schedule. We schedule all drop offs to be between 9-11 am, that means when we view the schedule we can not see the complete name of most of the dogs.
    The fourth and last change we would like to see for now is for the schedule to show…

    The fourth and last change we would like to see for now is for the schedule to show the owners last name AND the pets name. Right now if we have 5 coco’s it’s not easy to see which is which.

  13. A rebooking option with a reminder to book the dog in

    So the dog has just been groomed and the owner wants to book the dog in, in say 8 weeks time but wants you to remind them nearer the time to book the appointment. so a option to put this in the system so say in 6-7 weeks a reminder box pops up to tell you the dog is due for a groom............

    Very Similar to functions we already have, the Premier Feature has a miss you reminder which will automatically remind the client to visit every xx days since last appointment

  15. Have a rebooking option on appointments

    on the appointment that is booked, a rebook button would be good, where we could rebook 2/4/6/8 weekly etc or can put in our own date for rebooking

    Hi - Love your software! The schedule package doesn't work for my shop though. I have several groomers to schedule (overlapping as well) and the look of the current scheduling is difficult to discern. Any way the scheduling could have more of the look of the Vanity Fur scheduling?
