The client records ARE all our data.

We should be able to easily check for any errors in the data entered. The current method is that we scroll though each record one at a time, having to return to the search screen after each client. This is time consuming and cumbersome.

If we can down load our data on to a spreadsheet we would easily be able to see anomalies such as poor address construction, spelling errors and empty fields.

Furthermore we should be able to extract ALL fields and/or select only those we want to check, such as all breed types, age of dogs. We should be able to create our own spreadsheets by selecting any of the fields we have available to enter data in to.

We desperately need to export to an excel spreadsheet or csv for marketing purposes

We should be able to download our data to check for anomalies then reload once it is corrected.

This should make marketing more efficient and professional. There is nothing more irritating than to receive a poorly addressed letter of email which will happen if we can not check data quality. What about sending SMS if the number is missing a digit?

Additionally we might want to target certain client types which would require us to SORT the data.
