it would be better if you had a client version and it synchronised for backup reasons. That way the customer can still use the software withot interruption if the internet goes down!

Pet Schedule is a cloud (online) service.Good news the home page https://schedule.petstar.co.uk/Home/Home is available offline, so should your internet go down you can still see who is in for the next 5 days and also the relevant contact details, So you can still use the system!
