Hi Alan,
This is just to confirm that we already have email support in the system, so when a client books an appointment, a confirmation email is sent (as long as you have enabled it on the client record).
Automatic email reminders are sent out upto 24 hours before the appointment.Text message Appointment Reminders are currently being tested by some customers, this feature will be widely available soon.

batch emailing and or text messaging would be good . we email weekly reminders to the next weeks bookings so they cancel early if they are going to cancel and we can re-book .list view of a days bookings or weeks ( or any other filters ) that can be treated as a group would be good

Would be useful to have automatic text message to confirm appts when made and added onto schedule with the ability to add, for example cancellation terms at the same time to ensure working time is not lost or abused by clients.
