Our number is correct and in full working order.
I’ve just checked your Account settings and it looks like you changed your custom text
“Ms. Sanderfur just a reminder that your appointment is on the 13 of June 2013. Should you need to cancel please call 478-224-2883”
In order to change the format please click on “Account”, then click “Text\Sms Settings” and enter the correct text.
We also have some defined types ie [PetName], [When] which if you use in your SMS settings they will replace the text.

Below is a list of tags[] that you can use to customise your text message.
When reminders are sent out they are replaced with the appointment information.
Example:
- [When] = 10-Feb-13 4:00PM
- [PetName] = Candy
- [LastName] = Smith
- [BusinessNumber] = 019322222
- [BusinessContactDetails] = 77 Parade Walk, London, support@email.com
- [BusinessName] = Petstar
Maximum 135 character.
