That's great but why cant I schedule an event for every Tuesday or every Wednesday from 10 till 2 for example. This is a basic thing on all other sites I am now checking out. Now I have to do this for every day. Why cant I schedule breaks for every day on the schedule. eg lunch break etc.
Why cant I set a default time for dog and cat breeds - 30minutes or 45minutes or 1hr. Why cant I set a default time in the settings that is less than one hour. Most of our appointments are for 30minutes. Why cant I change an appointment time after it has been set unless I put in the date again first? The date is already there. These are just some of the issues I've found on my first visit to the Shake your tail site.
Yes some new things are great but as I have said before - why cant you mouse over an appointment to see details instead of having to click and wait several times to find what you need. I want to be able to mouse an appointment and see what the dog usually has done. At the moment we add codes to the dog name so we can see this info on the schedule but this means that these codes also go out to clients in texts and emails. Its all well and good to say its all there but busy staff shouldn't have to be bothered with your slow processes.
I don't like the white on blue either - it is hard to see and read when the font is small for 30 minute appointments.
If I add a new resource, why cant I set the schedule times for each individual resource? for example if that person only works 3 days a week. Again this is a standard feature on other sites I am looking at.
I'm paying good money - I should get a good product.
Sorry for this rant but I am tired of being promised "new" features and getting very little.
