  1. Have the option to mark a dog as deceased instead of completely deleting from system

    Instead of deleting off a dog, can we have the option to mark as passed away or deceased. I like to keep a record of all dogs ever groomed so would prefer not to have to delete the dog once passed.

  2. Better Navigation Links Between Pages

    I would like to be able to click on client names in the schedule/appointment screen and be taken to their client record. Often I have to go back to Client > Search for Client > Click on Client > Click On Pet > Click on Appointments to see how long they left between their last grooms or how much they were charged for a previous groom etc.

    Similarly for adding a new breed, if I'm in a client record adding a pet and the breed isn't already in the list (especially for crossbreeds and miniature versions) I have to cancel…

  3. Add credit card processing capabilities

    With add on options such as Stripe, PayPal, and more, allowing credit cards via the system simplifies end of day processing, close out and reconciliation. Partnering with companies such as Stripe allows integration with the online booking form and the ability to eliminate bounced checks, no shows, cancellation policies, etc.

  4. When you click the list button it only shows the current day and not future dates.

    The list button only shows the current days appointments and not the next day or subsequent days even if you are looking at a future date.

  6. Have an option to put in the dogs rough age rather than the Date Of Birth (not many people know this)

    Some pets are rescued or just at an age where the owner doesn't know the pets exact age

  8. Need more space in the cut note fields.

    Running out of space to document incidents and grooming records in each dog profile. More space is needed in each field to hold all recorded info.

  9. Create a mobile app.

    I am a mobile groomer and I'm currently using another booking system that has an app which is great to keep track.
    I would love to switch to petstar but no mobile app puts me off.
    Could you please consider as everyone has a smart phone these days and I'm sure a lot of groomers wold find it incredibly useful.

  10. Make online booking part of the free trial

    I would like to try this program out from what I've seen so far I really like it however the online booking part is not apart of the free trial and I would like to try it before pay 30 a month and not knowing if it's going to be what I want.

  11. Which groomer groomed the pet?

    I just noticed the new color option that can be used for each groomer and that is great. Thank you! However, the color goes away completely after the job is marked complete. Is there a way that the specific groomer's color and/or name could be seen just by looking at the appointment page. That way we can easily appoint the same groomer for the next appointment instead of looking at the hard copy information card to see who has been working with the dog consistently or who worked with him/her last, etc. THANK YOU!

  12. Please add a pull down for contact phone numbers.

    This would allow us to add in other family member's names, etc as opposed to just being stuck with "home, work & mobile" spaces. It would also allow us to add and see alternate contacts on the first page instead of having to go to the pet's info page to see "alternate contact". Thank you!

  15. have an option on booking appointments or events to mark them all day

    Most calendars (google / outlook etc) have a facility to tick an all day box rather than selecting a time slot. If you are self-employed (as many groomers are) and use one calendar for work and private life combined this is essential. It's very useful for things like annual leave etc and also simple personal reminders like birthdays.

  16. Print daily schedule suitable for mobile groomer

    We do not always have mobile signal when out in the grooming van and therefore are still reliant on a paper daily schedule that includes name, address, number and dog details. Also somewhere for a completed signature. Is it not possible to create a printable report that includes these added details?

    Make it so you can just put in the age number and maybe an auto calculator to update the age. Not all pet owners know their pets DOB

  18. booking a new appointment directly from the current appointment before they leave

    We are using Petstar have added our database of clients, booked them into the relevant day, clicked completed at the end of their visit following payment but would then like to click their booking to reschedule their next visit using those details on the screen rather than having to select via Client Search. Why do a search when their details are already shown on their current booking.
    Even with advanced appointment it does not automatically select the customers details. so this process then becomes complicated and timely.

    Is there any way to change the display of the schedule? ie., font size, font style, background color, color code services, etc.?

  20. DELETE ADVANCED BOOKINGS AT ONCE INSTEAD OF INDIVIDUALLY

    The ability to delete advanced appointments if schedule changes, instead of going through 6 monthly occurrences and deleting one by one. For example, tomorrows appointment needs to cancel and make it for the following Monday, but I've already done 6 occurrences on a 4 weekly schedule, so need to delete them all and re-advance book from next Mondays date. Currently I have to do them one by one for 6 occurrences and sometimes more then 1 pet per booking.
