Needs the Customer contact details on the appointment popup.
When looking at the Dogs Appointment Popup on the Schedule I cant see the customers contact inf so have to go digging for a phone number.

for clients wanting to bring multiple pets on the same day/time it would be really handy if you had the option to add all pets at once
its very time consuming adding each individual pet to the diary when the clients has 3 or 4. I would be so handy to have an option to add all pets to the diary that belong to that client.

offer post code finder
Where you type the post code and it lists all the addresses under the post code so you just click the right address, much quicker than taking full address and you know it is correct

Numerous dogs
Can you add more than one pet in the scheduler section? I can add more than one service, but it only goes under one pet, when in reality the 2 or 3 services is for 2 or 3 dogs.

I feel this could be good if you
•Have it in a moblie app for easy access.
•it needs to think faster.
•it needs to be able to sync with your phone contacts so that your not having te right (double handle) clients details.
(I find it a very big time waster)
•I can take more than one pet with me and having to type in two dogs for the one job is time wasting.
And
•on the schedule (when opened out to a full week) having things planed in is awful to see, you really need to just open it to a day schedule and even then…6 votes -

Highlights on current day and note section.
In the original version of Petstar, the current day on the calendar was highlighted better. Now, I have to look very carefully to see that the current day is slightly bolder print. It was just useful to have it more apparent.
Also, would it be possible to have the "Notes" icon above the customer/pet info be highlighted if there were notes added? Once in a while, pets have some medical notes which we need to know about. Not all have that of course so, it would save some time with us not having to look at each page every time.

I input the income for each appointment but there is no way of reporting on here what has been generated?

I would like to see a total in 'financial Activity' in the new website: shake a tail
It would be extremely useful if, like petstar, the new website (shake a tail) had a total in the financial activity.
For example, if I put in the 1st of Jan to the 1st of Feb I would like to see the total of the money I made for that month, I see it still has the individual prices but that tallied up at the end would make things a lot easier for me3 votesHow about that for service? – Done!

I would like to see breeds and prices again like I could with Pet Star.
With pet star you could look at pet breeds and add prices, with shake your tail you cannot. It was a great resource and I would like it back. Thank you-

fix the schedule fault that makes the bookings after 1.30 disappear on day/resource view
Does this drive anyone else crazy. We have to repeatedly press "week" "day" "rescource" to see all the appointments for the day.
Some of my less than brilliant staff members double book because the appointments are missing after 1.30.0 votes -
Multiple resources - multiple settings
If I am using more than one resource I should be able to set schedule settings specific for each resource. for example one works 3 days from 10 - 2 another works for days from 9-3. This is pretty basic to all other scheduling sites I have seen.

To be able to export client data to a spreadsheet for data quality verifiaction and/or a mail merge.
A similar idea was declined even though it got 41 votes. This is our data, our customer details and yet we can not export it for our own use. We should be able to see where fields have not been correctly entered such as a home phone number in a mobile number field.
We should then be able to extract OUR data in to a spreadsheet for a mail merge. Why can';t we do this? Why was this suggestion declined?9 votesA report has been added to the the system
