  1. I thought by going premium I would have more flexible choices for the booking diary.

    I would like to be able to change the usual booking time frame (the auto 1 hour) so that in my busiest salon it is automatically 30 minutes or 40 minutes or whatever is needed.

    This can already be achieved by adding Resources (ie Run 1, Run 2, etc..) to your schedule, simply book a pet to a resource – This is a premier feature

  3. Allow viewing of sent emails.

    Would it be possible for us to see which emails have been sent out, especially the miss you emails in the same way we can look at the SMS text log.

  5. A printable client page to file.

    I would love the opportunity to be able to print out my client and dogs full details on one page so i can file it. Im not sure if you can already do this i have had a look...........

  6. Add the Dog Cut notes the the calendar view

    Add the Dog Cut notes to the calendar view so that you can print the ticket for each job and give it to the groomers, and they have the instructions for that job order.

    We don't have the budget to give every groomer a computer of their own, and half of them don't even know how to use the computers. I would like to be able to pull up the calender in the morning and click one button to print all of the work orders for that day so that they can be handed out to the groomers. But the…

    When opening an existing appointment, hover over pet name and a green box will appear showing cut notes.

    Printable Reports are located in the Reporting Section

  7. Can a facility be included to "sort" by resource ? The reason is so I can see what each resource has produced financially.

    The Appointment report currently sorts by date I would like the opportunity also to be able to sort by Resource so that each Resource is collected together and ideally a total per resource would be helpful.

  8. Ad features that allow us to book jobs for Doggy daycare, and boarding.

    This could be an optional calendar that is viewed as an overlay, or a completely different calendar. It would be amazing if your system allowed us to dictate our total capacity, such as....

    I can hold 35 dogs for Doggy daycare, and 25 dogs for overnight boarding. then it would constantly let us know what our expected occupancy is as the spots get booked up, and we could then determine times of the year when we can increase our prices accordingly, kind of like the hotel industry does now.

  10. Add behavioral and/or medical note "sticker" with the pets' names.

    Some sort of "sticker" like a star, happy/sad face or something of the like that will show with the pets' names to tell us if that is one of our exceptionally well behaved clients versus one that may be nippy or loud, etc. Maybe even a special indicator for known medical issues as well? That way, we know what to expect the second we input the name while scheduling an appointment.

  11. Email

    I would like to be able to email all my clients at one time so I can send them new updates about the Salon, promotions, newsletters rather than still having to store email info in excel and doing a mail merge it would be easier to have everything on on program.

  12. Multiple pets per ticket

    Many of my clients have multiple pets, which they tend to bring in together. It would be nice if the I could book all of the client's pets under one ticket, when they come in together.

  13. Can you add a place for a discount space under the product/service

    there is a spot to add your own product or service but we have coupons and special offers is it possible to get a discount spot where we can take money off the total and know that a discount was given

    Without online booking there is no way I would switch my current service. I really like your set up better but the features Storevantage offers are much better. Including being able to see daily/mthy revenue, online booking. And I"m a little turned off by the buying text packages. My current provider charges a mthly fee for all of its services combined. I'd much rather pay a flat mthy fee

  17. My idea is to fix the text messaging problem your software is having. I have requested help twice and two weeks later, still no reply.

    Fix the problem now. Text messaging sending appoints for June 2013 randomly addressed to other customers. Here is my number since I can get no support on-line or telephone: 478-224-2883

  18. Dog walker option

    All lot of dog walkers bring in dogs, would it be possible to have a number of dogs under a dog walker but also have the owners details still there.
