    Totally agree, with our current calendar we set colours for various appointment types i.e. "New Client", "Cancellation List", "Pickup/Drop Off"etc. this makes it very easy at a glance for everyone to know what is happening that week.... this is one of the main reasons we have not opted to swap to petstar yet, basic calendar functions like this should really have been thought of !
