  1. event planning

    in the events section I would like to be able to repeat an action eg every day lunch is booked for one hour
    Or attention notes for staff can be repeated weekly eg no double bookings today.

  2. New appointment the end date automatically became the same as the start date

    Would it be better that when you enter a new appointment the end date automatically became the same as the appointment date rather than staying on the current date.

  3. Automatically complete appointments

    An appointment automatically completes once the time has passed, but you can still go in and amend to 'no show' or 'cancelled' as required.

  4. Expand the Cut note box and install a scroll bar enabling more detail to be added and read..

    At present the Cut notes box is limited to a number of characters. If we did add ore detail then part of text rolls past the box boundaries not allowing the user to read the full content. If the text limit was expanded and a scroll bar inserted to the right, more details could be added and read more easily.

    The Note and Cut Notes are for Notes, add currently allow a fair amount of information to be entered. Additional info can be added on the pet, client or appointment sections.

  5. Monthly Premium Fee Structure

    Instead of having a structured monthly fee, have it so the customer can pick and choose the premier features they want, and pay for those items accordingly.

    Hi Colleen,
    When we decided to introduce our Premier Version, we wanted to make it easy, Free or Paid, simple.
    We dont want to offer lots of versions to our customers and seeing our service is great value for money, it make it a simple choice.
    So at the moment we dont see this changing.

  6. Add ability to search clients by breed.

    For example, if we search "Poodle", it would bring up all clients with "Poodle" anywhere in their description. Or, "Terrier" would bring up all Terrier variations. Once in a while we may forget to date or add a name to a "before and after" picture and will need to look up the breed in order to find the name of the client. THANK YOU!!!

    Due to the sheer number of results this could return (as some customers have hundreds or thousands of clients) the search would not be useful.

  9. Export calendar data as ical so you can import to google calendar

    If you are not going to integrate google calendar synchronisation would it be possible to export data as ical or csv so we could manually import?

  10. Reminders for groomers and reminders for when new groom is due

    I cannot seem to see a function whereby I can remind my groomers that they have a groom at a specific time - the reminders seem to be about notifying the customer. Whilst we are on that I would also like to see an automatic re-booking function to tick so a new appointment automatically in input (obviously this would need an override too)

  12. Don't have (dog) behind the breed. To dog people that means a male. Leave blank of add bitch for a girl or "F" for female and "M" for male

    Do not have the words "new dog" appear in the cell. It is bothersome to manually delete every time.

  13. Show how safe client details are and that they are not sold or shared

    I am concerned about the safety of customers details that are stored, this could put people off from using the site so privacy information would be very helpful.

  14. Import Calendar from Google Calendar

    We currently use Google Calendar for our schedule. It would be helpful if we could import this information over to PetStar so we don't have to manually enter everything again.

  16. A reminder to rebook appointments

    Sometimes my staff forget to ask does client want to rebook appt. if there was a simple yes or no before you could leave screen saying does client want to rebook and then if it was yes the screen took you into the new appointment screen.

  17. Have a report that shows non returning clients and clients that have rebooked,

    Can we have our own business name at the top of each page? I have two stores and at present cant tell which I have open at any one time. eg Dirty Dogs Newton or Dirty Dogs Modbury

  19. Invoicing without currency demonination

    It would be great to have an invoice. This invoice should not have a currency denomination just an amount. That way, it wouldn't matter what country the user is in. Also, a ways of showing payment like a simple receipt book.

    A popup is a good idea however we feel that the user would be a custom to click click “close” after a while, it would be good practice to read the pet card when the pet comes in.
