Noticed you can't book two dogs with the same owner, you have to come out to do the next dog for the owner

Colour code different services
So at a glance you can see what types of services you have planned that day or week ie inc teeth cleaning or bath only or handstrip etc

Highlight customers (different colour) who always rebook on the day to easily see regulars and target emails for those who don't rebook

Option to email receipts
On services you have an option to print receipt. You should have option to email receipt too.

option to record if the customer has paid by card or cash so it shows up on the reports
for the accountant i need records of who paid card and who paid cash so it would be really helpful if you can record it in services so it shows up on the report when printed out.

Allow documents to be attached to a client's file.
Allow documents to be attached to a client's file. For instance, if a client provides a pet's vaccination information electronically, the ability to attach the document to a client or a specific client's pet would be helpful.

Financial report by groomer
Since some groomers are paid commission it would be a lot easier if you could get a financial report by groomer that totaled their total sales. Right now I have to add up all the transactions to get a total.

Booking/diary management. Would like a button above daily calendar when clicked on shows booking rules so staff can refer 2 (admin setup)
Free text area for admin to add/list/describe salon booking rules - so staff can click on (have drop down list) to remind them of booking rules.
We have different numbers of staff cover on different days and sometimes staff forget, so appts get made incorrectly. Currently my booking rules are written on a whiteboard but it would be super helpful to contain and have to hand this information within the diary - especially if on odd occasion am away from salon but might book a dog in.

A cancellation list.
I have a note pad that gets flung around my salon with a cancellation list on. It would be handy if I had one connected to the software with a notes bit that we can note down when there future appointment is for.

Have online booking delete times/dates that are no longer available.
Have each service have a maximum capacity (eg boarding 5 runs, grooming 1 appt at a time per user) and when the capacity is reached, that date/ time is no longer available for an online booking customer to request. That way they can move on to the first available spot before sending the request.

Acct update notices:
We should be getting a notice that our acts are due for updating. Instead my acct was just locked until I updated, with no notice, and I cannot see my schedule. This is very stressful as PayPal will not allow me to just pay with my CC and I am waiting for my bank acct to be verified so I can add money to my PayPal acct. of which I’ve never had to do in order to update my Petstar acct.

Show what service the client is getting on the schedule page without clicking on the appointment
So you dont have to click on each apointment to see what service they are getting, lets you have a quick look at what your day will be like and faster scheduling if double booking appointments.

Be able to add a "New Client" when checking the time they would like, rather than having to ask everyone if they have been before.
When someone calls, you always check the time they wold like if free. But if they are new, you have to create an account for them first, which means then leaving the schedule screen to enter a few details for the owner and dog, and going back to find the appointment time again.
If we could add a sort of "temporary" booking details, and compete a new account when the owner comes in, this could save a lot of swapping screens and questions for the client.
It would also avoid the risk of offending people if you don't remember them,…

Have the option to mark a dog as deceased instead of completely deleting from system
Instead of deleting off a dog, can we have the option to mark as passed away or deceased. I like to keep a record of all dogs ever groomed so would prefer not to have to delete the dog once passed.
