  1. Invoicing without currency demonination

    It would be great to have an invoice. This invoice should not have a currency denomination just an amount. That way, it wouldn't matter what country the user is in. Also, a ways of showing payment like a simple receipt book.

    I would like to be able to access the program from my phone. An app that lets you do all functions would be ideal.

    A popup is a good idea however we feel that the user would be a custom to click click “close” after a while, it would be good practice to read the pet card when the pet comes in.

  8. can clients book appointments online?

    I live in a small town and take the majority of my appointments through facebook or my google drive list. Is there an option for clients to book directly online?

  9. have a option that informs you if the appointment you have just booked, will overlap another appointment time

    need to have an alert that will inform you if a appointment slot will overlap another appointment time, so you cannot double book your self without knowing!! very handy especially if you do decide to do the great idea of having a rebook option on appointments :)

  10. make the appointment details (service ) fully editable from one master screen its annoying having to to change screens all the time

    make it easy to make the full appointment with all details pet name service price all on one screen, think of the work flow process appointment entry dog completion and pricing and the dog pick up

  12. Have the Schedule show dogs name, surname, breed and abreviated service. The computer is in Reception and a hard copy is in the Salon.

    We have our computer in the Reception area and produce a hardcopy printout for the Grooming Salon. The Groomers keep thorough records of each groom on each individual customer form and keep these in a file cabinet. These forms are pulled for each day for all of the grooms scheduled..

    More info on schedule page. Remove the second date option on the appointment page, use a "time in" and complete only

    When entering a service, it is possible to enter different prices for the same service. I charge different prices for different areas of town as i charge for travel.

  17. More than one price for a breed

    Add a second pricing column for each breed, that can be titled, so you can choose which price when making appointments to allow pricing for a bath and brush dog and for a haircut dog in the same breed.

    We believe this holds little long term value and simply deleting the pet should be good enough, please advise what value you think it hold?

  19. have more information on the schedule information

    i think there needs to be more information on the scheduled tickets.. instead of just dogs name and breed, maybe the client details too.. so address and primary number also dissplayed , this will also be handy for us mobile groomers, so we can have a quick look at schedule and see where we are heading for next appointment , and phone number is right there incase we need to ring.

    This is a good idea, however as we only have limited space to work in (you might have 2,3,4 or more appointments per hour) this is not possible.
    However you can simply click on the appointment to bring up the appointment card to see all the information your have requested.
