Mobile groomers
Able to choose the way you want appointments to appear on schedule for us mobile groomers we really need to view at a glance what area on what days without going into client card that would be really helpful.

Allow us to type in whatever needed into the "BREED" box?
We have TONS of mixed breeds such as a Golden Doodle, Cockapoo, Maltipoo Labradoodle or, may just need to put in "Chihuahua mix". If we do this now, after the save, it breed just says "UNKNOWN BREED". Please help. Thank you!

is that any way to record walk-in customer ?
customer can make appointment and also can be walk-in. a record that can show this customer normally do walk in or making appointment.
3 votesPet Schedule must have a client &pet in order to book an appointment too, its also beneficial to have this information so you will be able to send marketing communications\reminder to the customer.

market a coupon and text reminders
Some of my customers don't have email addresses so text reminders would be a good way of keeping them in the loop on specials and appointments.

Appointment report
The ability to pull up a report of dogs that havent been scheduled in a particular length of time. Ie. a report showing all the dogs that havent been in for 8 weeks. So clients do not get overlooked for reminders.

Emergency Contact details & Vet contact details
I have recently opened a pet sitting business and you need to have a reference to emergency contact details while the client is away incase of any unforseen home or pet emergencies and the client cannot be contacted. Same in the case of the vet contact details - what if something serious happens to the pets while the client is away and they need immediate veterinary attention.

database pricing
just wondering if this database will always be free, or only while in testing stages. Its great but dont wont to add all my clients if in a few months it going to cost hundreds of pounds to keep?

Make it suitable for cattery/kennel bookings
How about a similar/same system for catteries & kennels. Instead of appointment times you would have arrival date & collection date plus a field for penthouse/pen number. The reminder system is such a good idea I'd like to make use of this.

New breeds like cavapoo.cachon.cokerpoo etc.. Which is not in the system
Ability to choose new breeds like cavachon.cockerpoo.cavapoo which are not listed.

a pattern of a dog so if any problems with the dog we can put a spot in the area ie if it has a bad hip or bad skin ect
A outline picture of the dog front and back were you can put a red dot in the area of trouble ie bad leg right or left ect

list of single clients appointments that are made in advance
Are you able to print out a list for a particular client that shows all of their appointments for a specified date range? e.g. if you make appointments for a client 12 months in advance can you just print out a report for them and yourself showing those appointment details? ( apologies if this is already available)

Reoccurring appointments.
Is there any way you can enter reoccurring appointments, I have daily, weekly and fortnightly and I'll take A while to enter them separatley.
