  1. Bring back the RESOURCE button.

    My business highly depended on the resource button as I have three stylists within my work team. Yes each are colour themed, however it is extremely confusing when you already have 15 dogs scheduled for that day and each groomer's client is dotted about (rather than a specific section). This is enough to make me cancel by subscription and move to another.

  4. allow breed specific search we had a lost dog and all groomers were searching there records only had breed of dog

    one of my workers found a dog and all the groomers in the area were looking to see if they had this dog for the grooming so we could contact the owner. it took me hours to look threw my hard cards instead of just putting the breed into the search box and getting a client list by breed it would have saved so much time. the dogs owner was found. It was another grooming salons dog and she said she had to do the same thing, it is what we call a holiday dog. they dont live on the…

  6. Date appointment booked

    when you look in a dogs booked appointment list want it to show the date the appointment was booked and time and ideally a box to put your name in when you book it

  10. Grooming info be held in 1 place under each dog not under owner appts

    I still use paper client cards because I want to quickly browse previous grooming info. Having to look under each appointment date to see previous lengths etc via owner page is too messy. Would be easier if there was some way to have tab or in notes that had date.. And then what groomer did, followed by next appointment date and appropriate info and so on. Like a log.

  11. Cancelled appointment

    I dont know if this exists already but i would like the option of seeing who has cancelled their appointment, as i dont do the booking and would like to keep a track of who has booked and who has cancelled

  13. Ability to view the breed of the dog when searching for its name

    We have many dogs with the same name on our books and I cannot remember each of their surnames, so when I search for 'Alfie' for example I have 10 Alfies pop up and I cannot tell which one I want to select because the search only mentions the surname and not the breed of the dog. It would be useful to view the breed of the dog/cat when you search for the name.

  14. Alert messages!

    I think it would be really benifical for some kind of pop up to occur when going to book or search a dog on the system.

    For example: if the dog requires a particular groomer, or has a serious health problems and needs special treatment, or is particularly naughty then I a pop up will come onto your screen when you try to book in. Then you can work out how much extra time you may need ectect

    I hope this makes sense lol

    Hi Amanda, Alerts already exist, simply visit the client record and click the Alert button, then when booking a future appointment the search results return a warning, also the client record will also show a popup alert

  15. For various dogs on a overlapping situation (boarding at the same time) - multi-pal colors to choose from

    When having more then single dog for boarding and grooming at the same time, the possibility to choose a different color to each one when adding them to the schedule (instead the single color of blue). I don't mind when task completed that the color will stay green but it makes different for me when the task is still in action.

  18. Needs the Customer contact details on the appointment popup.

    When looking at the Dogs Appointment Popup on the Schedule I cant see the customers contact inf so have to go digging for a phone number.

  19. for clients wanting to bring multiple pets on the same day/time it would be really handy if you had the option to add all pets at once

    its very time consuming adding each individual pet to the diary when the clients has 3 or 4. I would be so handy to have an option to add all pets to the diary that belong to that client.
