  1. Add a box on the customer screen showing if they have agreed to their dogs picture being used on Social media or marketing

    We record for each customer if they allow their dogs picture to be used for marketing or social media purposes. It would be very useful if we could have a box that goes green where they have agreed or goes red where they have not agreed. Also it would be great if a report could be run showing details of all dogs where approval has not been given

  3. Tweak booking system.....

    A booking systems that allows blocking out time for staff holidays and to accommodate part time workers so clients can see available days and times well in advance

  5. Update the mobile app to show events (currently no visibility).

    I keep thinking I'm free to book an appointment but I have an event planned in on the web system. If I'm on the go and take a call, I need to be able to reply on the mobile app schedule to check my availability accurately.

  6. Putting the Dogs Age next to the Date of Birth

    I have a lot of clients that do not know the age of their dog so a rough age would be really helpful not to mention I have Age-based prices so I don't get a lot of time to figure it out as I have Dyscalculia

  7. when hovering the curser over appointments on the schedule please allow postcodes to be displayed also

    for those that are using the system for multiple mobile units, please display the postcode with the other customer details when the curser is hovered over an appointment on the calendar. this will negate the need to go to client details to see what area the groomer is in.

  8. Client can confirm appointment when they receive reminder

    A button in the email reminders or "Reply Yes to confirm appt" in SMS reminders that allow the client to physically confirm, and have the schedule show them as confirmed if they do, from both the shedule view and in each appointment. We feel this would drastically decrease no-shows, and provide more time to fill appointments that forgot to cancel in good time.

    Possible suggestions on how to show this: perhaps a thin green bar across the top of the appointment (schedule view) or a green checkmark, or even the word "confirmed" or conf'd beside the time range. Conversely a…

  11. Is there a way to show

    Can you show a day which can't ever be booked each week? We are closed every Sunday but keep getting appointment requests. I would like Sundays to not be an option to book, Thanks, Hannah

  14. Shampoo used

    We print the dogs appointment history every single appointment.
    This piece of paper follows the dog through the salon and up to 3 different staff members need to read this sheet.
    It would be great to see what shampoo is used on each dog on the page as well as the dogs Date of birth please

  17. Time limit and price set per customer

    To be able to have a set time and cost per customer, so when booking automatically sets time slot, rather than a cost and time per breed, as each one is individual.

  19. Online Booking ‘only show dates/times available’

    Online bookings to show only dates/times available for each day.

    Currently when clients book online the customer can select any date regardless if bookings have already been taken or an event created.
    This creates more work having to contact the customer rather than just accepting the booking as it’s available

  20. Expand character limit in alert field

    currently the alert field has a very limited number of characters. This is a nice area to find important notes because it automatically pops up on screen when you call up the client profile.
