  1. Longer hours seen on schedule?

    I work past 5pm almost every day. Is there a way to have a longer day shown on the day scheduler?

  5. Expand character limit in alert field

    currently the alert field has a very limited number of characters. This is a nice area to find important notes because it automatically pops up on screen when you call up the client profile.

  7. Time limit and price set per customer

    To be able to have a set time and cost per customer, so when booking automatically sets time slot, rather than a cost and time per breed, as each one is individual.

  8. Report listing all clients

    I would like a report listing all clients so i can print it off and use it as a checklist for handing out my new service agreement - that way I can tick off the clients when I have given them a copy.

  9. "miss you" email set default to off not on

    currently its set to on, I find this very confusing. i'd like default to off for every customer as there are some I may not want back.

  10. Syncing appointments made with Google calendar

    I would like to be able to book my clients all in one place. So when I Book an appointment through Petstar it syncs with my Google calendar.

  12. Online Booking ‘only show dates/times available’

    Online bookings to show only dates/times available for each day.

    Currently when clients book online the customer can select any date regardless if bookings have already been taken or an event created.
    This creates more work having to contact the customer rather than just accepting the booking as it’s available

  13. Split a dog between groomers (for those that use bathers)

    I am about to start employing a bather and would like to be able to schedule the dog in at a certain time with them and then a certain time with me so that we can visualise the day individually, but I don't want to do it in 2 seperate bookings as this will then confuse customers on what time their booking is actually for

  15. Have an alert to let you know if a client has signed a contract.

    It would be nice to know that a new client has signed terms & Conditions so you don’t have to remember to check.

  16. In the settings for customer online appointment request, the option to select a resource ie the preferred groomer.

    Enable customers to select what groomer they want to groom their dog on the online customer Appointment request system.

    It would also be beneficial if there was a decline the appointment and notify the customer,
