Allow us to type in whatever needed into the "BREED" box?
We have TONS of mixed breeds such as a Golden Doodle, Cockapoo, Maltipoo Labradoodle or, may just need to put in "Chihuahua mix". If we do this now, after the save, it breed just says "UNKNOWN BREED". Please help. Thank you!

Could there be a Kelpie and Corgi and the ability to add a eg; "dog breed: cross" in the pet list

My idea is to fix the text messaging problem your software is having. I have requested help twice and two weeks later, still no reply.
Fix the problem now. Text messaging sending appoints for June 2013 randomly addressed to other customers. Here is my number since I can get no support on-line or telephone: 478-224-2883

Email
I would like to be able to email all my clients at one time so I can send them new updates about the Salon, promotions, newsletters rather than still having to store email info in excel and doing a mail merge it would be easier to have everything on on program.

Allow viewing of sent emails.
Would it be possible for us to see which emails have been sent out, especially the miss you emails in the same way we can look at the SMS text log.

This can already be achieved by adding Resources (ie Run 1, Run 2, etc..) to your schedule, simply book a pet to a resource – This is a premier feature

Multiple resources - multiple settings
If I am using more than one resource I should be able to set schedule settings specific for each resource. for example one works 3 days from 10 - 2 another works for days from 9-3. This is pretty basic to all other scheduling sites I have seen.
Events should also be able to be set - daily, weekly, monthly etc1 voteCompleted, you can now set each resource working hours

I would like to see breeds and prices again like I could with Pet Star.
With pet star you could look at pet breeds and add prices, with shake your tail you cannot. It was a great resource and I would like it back. Thank you-

I input the income for each appointment but there is no way of reporting on here what has been generated?

Highlights on current day and note section.
In the original version of Petstar, the current day on the calendar was highlighted better. Now, I have to look very carefully to see that the current day is slightly bolder print. It was just useful to have it more apparent.
Also, would it be possible to have the "Notes" icon above the customer/pet info be highlighted if there were notes added? Once in a while, pets have some medical notes which we need to know about. Not all have that of course so, it would save some time with us not having to look at each page every time.

Needs the Customer contact details on the appointment popup.
When looking at the Dogs Appointment Popup on the Schedule I cant see the customers contact inf so have to go digging for a phone number.

For various dogs on a overlapping situation (boarding at the same time) - multi-pal colors to choose from
When having more then single dog for boarding and grooming at the same time, the possibility to choose a different color to each one when adding them to the schedule (instead the single color of blue). I don't mind when task completed that the color will stay green but it makes different for me when the task is still in action.

Alert messages!
I think it would be really benifical for some kind of pop up to occur when going to book or search a dog on the system.
For example: if the dog requires a particular groomer, or has a serious health problems and needs special treatment, or is particularly naughty then I a pop up will come onto your screen when you try to book in. Then you can work out how much extra time you may need ectect

1 voteHi Amanda, Alerts already exist, simply visit the client record and click the Alert button, then when booking a future appointment the search results return a warning, also the client record will also show a popup alert

Cancelled appointment
I dont know if this exists already but i would like the option of seeing who has cancelled their appointment, as i dont do the booking and would like to keep a track of who has booked and who has cancelled

allow breed specific search we had a lost dog and all groomers were searching there records only had breed of dog
one of my workers found a dog and all the groomers in the area were looking to see if they had this dog for the grooming so we could contact the owner. it took me hours to look threw my hard cards instead of just putting the breed into the search box and getting a client list by breed it would have saved so much time. the dogs owner was found. It was another grooming salons dog and she said she had to do the same thing, it is what we call a holiday dog. they dont live on the…
