  1. Show what service the client is getting on the schedule page without clicking on the appointment

    So you dont have to click on each apointment to see what service they are getting, lets you have a quick look at what your day will be like and faster scheduling if double booking appointments.

  2. Have an option to put in the dogs rough age rather than the Date Of Birth (not many people know this)

    Some pets are rescued or just at an age where the owner doesn't know the pets exact age

  3. Create a mobile app.

    I am a mobile groomer and I'm currently using another booking system that has an app which is great to keep track.
    I would love to switch to petstar but no mobile app puts me off.
    Could you please consider as everyone has a smart phone these days and I'm sure a lot of groomers wold find it incredibly useful.

  4. Which groomer groomed the pet?

    I just noticed the new color option that can be used for each groomer and that is great. Thank you! However, the color goes away completely after the job is marked complete. Is there a way that the specific groomer's color and/or name could be seen just by looking at the appointment page. That way we can easily appoint the same groomer for the next appointment instead of looking at the hard copy information card to see who has been working with the dog consistently or who worked with him/her last, etc. THANK YOU!

  5. Be able to book an appointment when on the client details

    So the customer rings up (or is in front of you) you bring their details up and instead of the + sign at the top creating a new client why can it not make a new appointment. as you still have to go to the schedule and do it that way. it is very long winded.

  6. booking a new appointment directly from the current appointment before they leave

    We are using Petstar have added our database of clients, booked them into the relevant day, clicked completed at the end of their visit following payment but would then like to click their booking to reschedule their next visit using those details on the screen rather than having to select via Client Search. Why do a search when their details are already shown on their current booking.
    Even with advanced appointment it does not automatically select the customers details. so this process then becomes complicated and timely.

  7. DELETE ADVANCED BOOKINGS AT ONCE INSTEAD OF INDIVIDUALLY

    The ability to delete advanced appointments if schedule changes, instead of going through 6 monthly occurrences and deleting one by one. For example, tomorrows appointment needs to cancel and make it for the following Monday, but I've already done 6 occurrences on a 4 weekly schedule, so need to delete them all and re-advance book from next Mondays date. Currently I have to do them one by one for 6 occurrences and sometimes more then 1 pet per booking.

  8. Vets tab - to save inputting time

    Can we have a facility for individual groomers to add the popular vet practices in the area to the system and then use a drop down box for the info to be completed?

  9. make the "we miss you" sms and email service specific and only if the client has not been in since the origional appointment

    I offer grooming as well as many other services. I want to send a "we miss you email" to my clients six weeks after their grooming appointment. I only want to send it to grooming clients and I only want to send it if they have not been in since that appointment. I think this should be possible

  11. connect schedule to client search

    make it accessible to search for a client and then pick the pet and book an appointment from there. Instead of changing tabs to the schedule one and then searching the pet again.

    Have a direct link from daily schedule to pet cut notes so that they can be easily viewed QUICKLY and updated without having to go through the client lookup. The hover over the pet name in the schedule doesn't seem to work.

  13. allow a section where you can enter in expenses

    So a separate program or spreadsheet doesn't have to be used, can there be a section where you enter in your business expenses (fuel, stock, tools etc)

  16. have a "time required" function for each dog.When booking the dog the end time automatically adjusts.

    This would save time when booking regular dogs in. Allowing for an override function should it just be required.

  19. New client email

    It would be great if the was a welcome email that would automatically go out to new clients, with a new client form in it. That way, you could simply get their email instead of getting all that info over the phone. And since it would be coming from petstar, maybe it could automatically be entered into the client's file. Not sure maybe this is too ambitious, but it does hurt to ask. :)

  20. A way to enter the pets birthday so that when the actual birthday day arrives, an email is sent automatically to the customer with a message

    Add a grid to input pet's birthday. When day arrives, an email is sent automatically to customer with a standard message "happy birthday to......"
