In the behaviour section (which is a great idea) I see there are only a few choices, I would like to see an extra one, maybe the word 'fussy'
for dogs that aren't good, aren't bad, aren't aggressive, but just are a bit of a pain/fussy, ie won't stay still, sits down all the time, fussy when trying to do feet etc - or a word that could cover that4 votes

Add the ability to send SMS miss you reminders as well as email as if clients do not have email the miss out on the reminders
We have quite a large number of elderly clients and although they do have mobile phones they have get to get computers and email, this means that they don't get the miss you emails. If a SMS could be sent as well it would be worth it for the small cost of a text.13 votes

I would like there to be a widget where clients can register all their information, schedule appointments, cancel appointments, etc... At the same time keeping the privacy of all my clients info away from the public.19 votes
In schedule it would be useful to have a 12 month calendar pop up/drop down, as you would see at the bottom of a traditional diary. This would allow for a quick and easy way of booking appointments in advance. When a client asks for an appointment in say 6 weeks or 8 or 10 etc. When running a traditional diary this method was used on most appointments made.0 votes
