  1. Print daily schedule suitable for mobile groomer

    We do not always have mobile signal when out in the grooming van and therefore are still reliant on a paper daily schedule that includes name, address, number and dog details. Also somewhere for a completed signature. Is it not possible to create a printable report that includes these added details?

  2. Is there a way to customize the schedule view?

    Is there any way to change the display of the schedule? ie., font size, font style, background color, color code services, etc.?

  3. Make a way of paying off the charge ie as BACS, cash or cheq so easier to cash up with financial report

    It would be much easier to cash up and work out how much to bank of each type if you could pay off as BACS, cheq or cash. Thanks

  7. For more than one dog per family checking them out by owner so you can have a total price for owner and not checking out 3 different dogs

    I have 3 dogs one family I have to add up on paper her total and check out 3 different dogs. is it possible to have it be totaled and checked out when completed all three get completed rather than individually doing all of them

  8. Add an asterisk on tabs with info

    Helpful to indicate on top of tab if a photo exists or if anything entered into the medical notes to bring groomers attention to it.

  10. Part payment ability

    I have boarding Clients who pay a deposit or half upfront and then the remainder after the stay

    Also a flag so you can keep track of what is owing

  11. add till and banking to program printable and able to be emailed to accountant

    be able to cash off each client the method they paid then print and email banking for end of day/week/month

    It would be great if we could right click on an appointment and be able to quickly select from a list if the appointment was
    -completed
    -or a no show
    -or we could automatically enable cancelling or deleting of an appointment.

  13. Tips/ exact tender!

    I would like to see a place where we can put tips in that way it's easier to calculate the money.
    And have the option as to where it was rung up charge, check, or cash.
    And have the option to email them a reciept once it goes through.

  14. It would be great if in the behaviour section of the pets we could add fussy?

    In the behaviour section (which is a great idea) I see there are only a few choices, I would like to see an extra one, maybe the word 'fussy'
    for dogs that aren't good, aren't bad, aren't aggressive, but just are a bit of a pain/fussy, ie won't stay still, sits down all the time, fussy when trying to do feet etc - or a word that could cover that

    incorporate google maps or similar, so mobile dog groomers can plot on map the locations of clients to group together clients who live in same neighbourhoods.

  16. Allow to add animals other than cat or dog.

    I am pet sitting some rats but had to add them in as cats as I could only pick cat or dog from the type of animals drop down box when adding a new breed.

  17. Add a year calendar view..........

    In schedule it would be useful to have a 12 month calendar pop up/drop down, as you would see at the bottom of a traditional diary. This would allow for a quick and easy way of booking appointments in advance. When a client asks for an appointment in say 6 weeks or 8 or 10 etc. When running a traditional diary this method was used on most appointments made.
