  1. Option to turn off thank you emails

    I would like to send conformation emails but i don't want them receiving thank you messages as well after every groom! Especially people that have already re booked, they don't need a thank you email to tell them to re book. I would rather not have to stop marking grooms as complete so i can turn on confirmations.

  2. Alert for new features

    Maybe send out an email or have an alert when you sign in. I don't know how long the contract feature has been there for. I've only just noticed it!

  3. Colour code different services

    So at a glance you can see what types of services you have planned that day or week ie inc teeth cleaning or bath only or handstrip etc

  4. Graphs

    Showing graphs of your appointments month by month so you can see the increase or decline to enable you to work out when you need to increase revenue or your harder months to allow you to prepare for them. And to have a an over view the longer you use shake your tail. For example an over view of the year to see dips and rises of customers.

  5. Be able to select the service type when booking an appointment and have time allocations for each service

    Currently every service you book is under a default time, but if you're just booking in a nail clip this takes 15 minutes, a wash is between 30mins to an hour, grooms are 1.5-2.5 hours. It's really annoying having to adjust each one manually when booking appointments and would be great if they were all automated. It would be even better if each breed had the option to set a time scale as dogs like border terriers take the maximum of an hour but cockapoos and large dogs take around 2

  6. A text sent for no-shows

    All of our clients do not share or do not use their email so it would be nice to be able to send a text for no-show clients and also for rebooking clients we haven't seen in 4-6 weeks.

    More option on the colour of the template for booking to make more corporate. Currently only 3 options

  10. Be able to upload a signed contact to file and alert us when contract not signed

    We have paper contracts but it is hard to rember which customers have signed and which have not. To cover our backs it would be good to just take a pic and attach to there file and as a bonus have a contact signed button.

  11. option to record if the customer has paid by card or cash so it shows up on the reports

    for the accountant i need records of who paid card and who paid cash so it would be really helpful if you can record it in services so it shows up on the report when printed out.

    Allow documents to be attached to a client's file. For instance, if a client provides a pet's vaccination information electronically, the ability to attach the document to a client or a specific client's pet would be helpful.

    On services you have an option to print receipt. You should have option to email receipt too.

  15. Financial report by groomer

    Since some groomers are paid commission it would be a lot easier if you could get a financial report by groomer that totaled their total sales. Right now I have to add up all the transactions to get a total.

  16. Booking/diary management. Would like a button above daily calendar when clicked on shows booking rules so staff can refer 2 (admin setup)

    Free text area for admin to add/list/describe salon booking rules - so staff can click on (have drop down list) to remind them of booking rules.

    We have different numbers of staff cover on different days and sometimes staff forget, so appts get made incorrectly. Currently my booking rules are written on a whiteboard but it would be super helpful to contain and have to hand this information within the diary - especially if on odd occasion am away from salon but might book a dog in.

  17. Client Details - continuity

    When searching for a client or even creating a new one, there are various tabs.....one tab is appointments.
    Why cant the system allow for an appointment to be made at this point instead of the long winded way it is set up now.
    Instead, the client is created then we have to then select schedule to then make an appointment, select who for when we have just been in their file whilst creating it. Much quicker create a client profile AND book their first appointment at the same time.

  20. A cancellation list.

    I have a note pad that gets flung around my salon with a cancellation list on. It would be handy if I had one connected to the software with a notes bit that we can note down when there future appointment is for.
