    On services you have an option to print receipt. You should have option to email receipt too.

  3. Financial report by groomer

    Since some groomers are paid commission it would be a lot easier if you could get a financial report by groomer that totaled their total sales. Right now I have to add up all the transactions to get a total.

  4. Booking/diary management. Would like a button above daily calendar when clicked on shows booking rules so staff can refer 2 (admin setup)

    Free text area for admin to add/list/describe salon booking rules - so staff can click on (have drop down list) to remind them of booking rules.

    We have different numbers of staff cover on different days and sometimes staff forget, so appts get made incorrectly. Currently my booking rules are written on a whiteboard but it would be super helpful to contain and have to hand this information within the diary - especially if on odd occasion am away from salon but might book a dog in.

  5. Client Details - continuity

    When searching for a client or even creating a new one, there are various tabs.....one tab is appointments.
    Why cant the system allow for an appointment to be made at this point instead of the long winded way it is set up now.
    Instead, the client is created then we have to then select schedule to then make an appointment, select who for when we have just been in their file whilst creating it. Much quicker create a client profile AND book their first appointment at the same time.

  8. A cancellation list.

    I have a note pad that gets flung around my salon with a cancellation list on. It would be handy if I had one connected to the software with a notes bit that we can note down when there future appointment is for.

  10. Have online booking delete times/dates that are no longer available.

    Have each service have a maximum capacity (eg boarding 5 runs, grooming 1 appt at a time per user) and when the capacity is reached, that date/ time is no longer available for an online booking customer to request. That way they can move on to the first available spot before sending the request.

  11. Create video tutorials for how to use this software

    It would be nice to be able to go to YouTube to watch how certain features work with this software.

  13. To be able to just enable no show emails

    I would like to just turn on no show emails/texts, without people having to receive confirmation, reminders and thank yous. I feel that is too many emails. It would be good to be able to send them an automatic no show email without having to turn on all the others.

  14. One email only with all dogs listed when made under advanced appt option.

    With 2 or more dogs in same family why send individual emails? One email with all dogs names listed would be best

    HAVE THE PREVIUOUS GROOMING NOTES AVAILIABLE SO THAT WHEN SCHEDULING WE CAN DICUSS WITH THE CLIENT EXACTLY WHAT PREVIOUS GROOMS THEY HAD SO THEY CAN DECIDE EASIER WHAT THEY WANT IT IS ALSO EASIER IF WE CAN JUST CLICK ON A PREVIOUS GROOM AND USE IT FOR THE NEW GROOM INSTEAD OF REWRITING THIS WILL SAVE A LITTLE TIME

  17. Be able to add a "New Client" when checking the time they would like, rather than having to ask everyone if they have been before.

    When someone calls, you always check the time they wold like if free. But if they are new, you have to create an account for them first, which means then leaving the schedule screen to enter a few details for the owner and dog, and going back to find the appointment time again.

    If we could add a sort of "temporary" booking details, and compete a new account when the owner comes in, this could save a lot of swapping screens and questions for the client.

    It would also avoid the risk of offending people if you don't remember them,…

  18. Show what service the client is getting on the schedule page without clicking on the appointment

    So you dont have to click on each apointment to see what service they are getting, lets you have a quick look at what your day will be like and faster scheduling if double booking appointments.

  19. Have an option to put in the dogs rough age rather than the Date Of Birth (not many people know this)

    Some pets are rescued or just at an age where the owner doesn't know the pets exact age

  20. booking a new appointment directly from the current appointment before they leave

    We are using Petstar have added our database of clients, booked them into the relevant day, clicked completed at the end of their visit following payment but would then like to click their booking to reschedule their next visit using those details on the screen rather than having to select via Client Search. Why do a search when their details are already shown on their current booking.
    Even with advanced appointment it does not automatically select the customers details. so this process then becomes complicated and timely.
