  1. allow a section where you can enter in expenses

    So a separate program or spreadsheet doesn't have to be used, can there be a section where you enter in your business expenses (fuel, stock, tools etc)

  2. make the "we miss you" sms and email service specific and only if the client has not been in since the origional appointment

    I offer grooming as well as many other services. I want to send a "we miss you email" to my clients six weeks after their grooming appointment. I only want to send it to grooming clients and I only want to send it if they have not been in since that appointment. I think this should be possible

  5. For more than one dog per family checking them out by owner so you can have a total price for owner and not checking out 3 different dogs

    I have 3 dogs one family I have to add up on paper her total and check out 3 different dogs. is it possible to have it be totaled and checked out when completed all three get completed rather than individually doing all of them

  6. connect schedule to client search

    make it accessible to search for a client and then pick the pet and book an appointment from there. Instead of changing tabs to the schedule one and then searching the pet again.

  8. Direct link from daily schedule to pet cut notes.

    Have a direct link from daily schedule to pet cut notes so that they can be easily viewed QUICKLY and updated without having to go through the client lookup. The hover over the pet name in the schedule doesn't seem to work.

    Helpful to indicate on top of tab if a photo exists or if anything entered into the medical notes to bring groomers attention to it.

    I have boarding Clients who pay a deposit or half upfront and then the remainder after the stay

  14. have a "time required" function for each dog.When booking the dog the end time automatically adjusts.

    This would save time when booking regular dogs in. Allowing for an override function should it just be required.

  16. Tips/ exact tender!

    I would like to see a place where we can put tips in that way it's easier to calculate the money.
    And have the option as to where it was rung up charge, check, or cash.
    And have the option to email them a reciept once it goes through.

  19. It would be great if in the behaviour section of the pets we could add fussy?

    In the behaviour section (which is a great idea) I see there are only a few choices, I would like to see an extra one, maybe the word 'fussy'
    for dogs that aren't good, aren't bad, aren't aggressive, but just are a bit of a pain/fussy, ie won't stay still, sits down all the time, fussy when trying to do feet etc - or a word that could cover that

    It would be great if we could right click on an appointment and be able to quickly select from a list if the appointment was
    -completed
    -or a no show
    -or we could automatically enable cancelling or deleting of an appointment.
