  1. Plot on a map

    incorporate google maps or similar, so mobile dog groomers can plot on map the locations of clients to group together clients who live in same neighbourhoods.

  2. Vaccination/Medical flags

    I would love to see an area to input/select vaccination information, and maybe a way to flag it if the vaccination is expired, or maybe just a way to highlight. Tired eyes can skip over information like that just typed in notes. Some way to flag or make a notice of pets with medical issues, such as seizures, would be nice as well.

  3. Add the ability to send SMS miss you reminders as well as email as if clients do not have email the miss out on the reminders

    We have quite a large number of elderly clients and although they do have mobile phones they have get to get computers and email, this means that they don't get the miss you emails. If a SMS could be sent as well it would be worth it for the small cost of a text.

  4. Add the abilty to insert photos/graphics into a campaign

    this would make the campaign more attractive, and encourage customers to read the emails.

  5. New client email

    It would be great if the was a welcome email that would automatically go out to new clients, with a new client form in it. That way, you could simply get their email instead of getting all that info over the phone. And since it would be coming from petstar, maybe it could automatically be entered into the client's file. Not sure maybe this is too ambitious, but it does hurt to ask. :)

  6. Allow to add animals other than cat or dog.

    I am pet sitting some rats but had to add them in as cats as I could only pick cat or dog from the type of animals drop down box when adding a new breed.

  7. A way to enter the pets birthday so that when the actual birthday day arrives, an email is sent automatically to the customer with a message

    Add a grid to input pet's birthday. When day arrives, an email is sent automatically to customer with a standard message "happy birthday to......"

  8. appointments and schedule at multi locations- with a Master overview

    I would like to see a program where I can see 2 or more shops. I would be able to take calls and book/ schedule at different locations. This would help me expand my business

  9. Feature for websites

    I would like there to be a widget where clients can register all their information, schedule appointments, cancel appointments, etc... At the same time keeping the privacy of all my clients info away from the public.
