  1. Make a way of paying off the charge ie as BACS, cash or cheq so easier to cash up with financial report

    It would be much easier to cash up and work out how much to bank of each type if you could pay off as BACS, cheq or cash. Thanks

  2. Be able to select the service type when booking an appointment and have time allocations for each service

    Currently every service you book is under a default time, but if you're just booking in a nail clip this takes 15 minutes, a wash is between 30mins to an hour, grooms are 1.5-2.5 hours. It's really annoying having to adjust each one manually when booking appointments and would be great if they were all automated. It would be even better if each breed had the option to set a time scale as dogs like border terriers take the maximum of an hour but cockapoos and large dogs take around 2

  3. Better Navigation Links Between Pages

    I would like to be able to click on client names in the schedule/appointment screen and be taken to their client record. Often I have to go back to Client > Search for Client > Click on Client > Click On Pet > Click on Appointments to see how long they left between their last grooms or how much they were charged for a previous groom etc.

    Similarly for adding a new breed, if I'm in a client record adding a pet and the breed isn't already in the list (especially for crossbreeds and miniature versions) I have to cancel…

  4. Holiday and Birthday emails

    We hope that in the near future we will be able to automatically send out holiday e cards to all of our wonderful clients. It would be wonderful if we were able to have a small hand in the creation as well (ex. adding a picture and name). Thank you! Have a happy and peaceful holiday.

    HAVE THE PREVIUOUS GROOMING NOTES AVAILIABLE SO THAT WHEN SCHEDULING WE CAN DICUSS WITH THE CLIENT EXACTLY WHAT PREVIOUS GROOMS THEY HAD SO THEY CAN DECIDE EASIER WHAT THEY WANT IT IS ALSO EASIER IF WE CAN JUST CLICK ON A PREVIOUS GROOM AND USE IT FOR THE NEW GROOM INSTEAD OF REWRITING THIS WILL SAVE A LITTLE TIME

  9. option to record if the customer has paid by card or cash so it shows up on the reports

    for the accountant i need records of who paid card and who paid cash so it would be really helpful if you can record it in services so it shows up on the report when printed out.

  10. Add credit card processing capabilities

    With add on options such as Stripe, PayPal, and more, allowing credit cards via the system simplifies end of day processing, close out and reconciliation. Partnering with companies such as Stripe allows integration with the online booking form and the ability to eliminate bounced checks, no shows, cancellation policies, etc.

  11. Need more space in the cut note fields.

    Running out of space to document incidents and grooming records in each dog profile. More space is needed in each field to hold all recorded info.

  13. Option to turn off thank you emails

    I would like to send conformation emails but i don't want them receiving thank you messages as well after every groom! Especially people that have already re booked, they don't need a thank you email to tell them to re book. I would rather not have to stop marking grooms as complete so i can turn on confirmations.

  14. Is there a way to customize the schedule view?

    Is there any way to change the display of the schedule? ie., font size, font style, background color, color code services, etc.?

  15. Client Details - continuity

    When searching for a client or even creating a new one, there are various tabs.....one tab is appointments.
    Why cant the system allow for an appointment to be made at this point instead of the long winded way it is set up now.
    Instead, the client is created then we have to then select schedule to then make an appointment, select who for when we have just been in their file whilst creating it. Much quicker create a client profile AND book their first appointment at the same time.

  16. Pet Has Checked In Tab/ Also a Phone or Tablet Application?

    This way it doesn't just show the appointment that was made along with no show and completed. Also anything in the works or possibilities for a phone/ipad/tablet app?

  18. Be able to upload a signed contact to file and alert us when contract not signed

    We have paper contracts but it is hard to rember which customers have signed and which have not. To cover our backs it would be good to just take a pic and attach to there file and as a bonus have a contact signed button.

  20. Allow dual view of two locations, two subscriptions to one owner, as i have multiple sites and have to pay x3 times. Discount please

    Multiple user, discount price
    Multiple view to see which salon has bookings, busiest etc. and manage.
    All on one email instead of several as i have now.
